Ac-D-Cha-GR-aminoluciferin is a fluorescent substrate that is used in enzyme assays. It has an amino group and a luciferin with a D-glucuronic acid residue, which allows for the attachment of GR (glucuronidase) to the molecule. Ac-D-Cha-GR-aminoluciferin can be used to detect bacterial glucuronidase activity in food testing, environmental testing, and diagnostics. This product is not subject to FDA approval and should not be used in clinical applications.
