Description:
JLK 6 is a protease inhibitor that inhibits the pancreatic enzyme trypsin. It is also a potent serine protease inhibitor and has been shown to inhibit the activity of cholinesterases. JLK 6 has been shown to inhibit endothelial cell proliferation, which may be due to its ability to prevent the synthesis of bioactive molecules such as nitric oxide and prostaglandins. In addition, JLK 6 is a competitive inhibitor of vitamin D3.
