Dextrorphan O-b-D-glucuronide is a glycosylated form of dextrorphan, an opioid analgesic. The synthesis of this compound is accomplished by the attachment of a glucose to dextrorphan via an ether bond. Dextrorphan O-b-D-glucuronide has been shown to be more potent than the parent drug. This product is available in custom synthesis and click modification. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including as a building block for other molecules, such as oligosaccharides, sugar, or synthetic compounds. It also may be used for fluorination or methylation reactions.
