• Description: 2,6-Deoxyfructosazine is a type of fructosamine that is derived from inulin. It is used as a matrix for chromatography. The 2,6-deoxyfructosazine molecule has a low molecular weight and can be easily separated from the other components of the plant material by means of chromatography.
