Glt-Gly-Arg-MCA is a research tool that is used to activate the GLT1 receptor. It binds to the GLT1 receptor and activates it by binding to the Ligand-binding site. Glt-Gly-Arg-MCA has been shown to be an inhibitor of ion channels, such as Na+ channels, K+ channels, Ca2+ channels and voltage-gated Ca2+ channels. This product also binds to antibody molecules and inhibits their ability to bind with antigens or receptors.
