Description:
2,3-O-Isopropylidene-1,4-di-O-tosyl-L-threitol is a custom synthesis of the sugar 2,3-O-isopropylidene-1,4-di(tosyl)-L-threitol. The monomeric sugar is fluorinated and methylated before glycosylation. This modification prevents enzymatic degradation and increases the stability of the compound.
