S-(-)-Perillyl alcohol glucoside is a glycoconjugate that has been shown to inhibit β-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase. It is used in the treatment of cancers, such as colorectal cancer, by inhibiting glucose uptake into cells. S-(-)-Perillyl alcohol glucoside may also have anticancer effects by inhibiting glucose transporters and caspases.
