Description:
Quercetin 7-O-b-D-glucuronide is a methylated glycoside of quercetin. Quercetin 7-O-b-D-glucuronide has been shown to inhibit the activity of Saccharomyces cerevisiae alpha amylase, alpha and beta amylases, and alpha glucosidase, which are enzymes that hydrolyze starch. This product also inhibits the growth of Candida albicans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Quercetin 7-O-b-D-glucuronide is available for custom synthesis in order to meet customers' specific needs.
