Quercetin 3-O-glucoside-7-O-rhamnoside is a flavonol glycoside that can be found in the exudates of plants. It has been shown to have protective effects on heart disease. Quercetin 3-O-glucoside-7-O-rhamnoside is a hydroalcoholic extract of Capsicum annuum, which has demonstrated antihypertensive and cardioprotective properties. Quercetin 3-O-glucoside-7-O -rhamnoside has been reported to inhibit pancreatic α amylase, as well as ectopically express in various tissues including the pancreas.
