Description:Tri-b-GalNAc-6-aminohexyl-NHCbz is the peracetylated form with a protected terminal amino group (NHCbz). It is a synthetic ligand designed to target the asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) on hepatocytes. The three terminal beta-N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) sugars provide an efficient ASGPR binding. It serves as a platform for lysosomal targeting chimera (LYTAC) development, allowing for the creation of chimeras that specifically target unwanted proteins for degradation within hepatocytes.
