N4-Acetyl-2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro-5'-O-DMT-cytidine 3'-O-succinate is a synthetic nucleoside that has antiviral activity. Its antiviral properties may be due to its ability to inhibit DNA polymerase and reverse transcriptase, which are enzymes that synthesize DNA from RNA.
