Description:
Tetrachlorohafnium (TcHfCl4) is an inorganic compound that is a hydrochloric acid salt of hafnium tetrachloride. TcHfCl4 is a solid catalyst and reactive, which has been used to synthesize polymers with carbonyl groups and silicon. TcHfCl4 is also able to produce copolymers with hydrocarbon groups, as well as react with acid solutions. The average particle diameter of this catalyst ranges from 2 nm to 10 nm.
