N6-Benzoyl-2'-deoxy-5'-O-DMT-adenosine 3'-thiophosphoramidite is a modified phosphoramidite that can be used to synthesize DNA oligomers. The nucleoside is an antiviral and antitumor agent. It is also used to inhibit the replication of RNA by inhibiting the activity of DNA polymerase. N6-Benzoyl-2'-deoxy-5'-O-DMT-adenosine 3'-thiophosphoramidite has novel properties that have not been seen in any other nucleosides.
