Description:
(Z)-But-2-enedioic acid,10-[3-(dimethylamino)-2-methylpropyl]phenothiazine-3-carbonitrile is an anxiolytic drug that has been shown to have a high affinity for the dopamine receptor subtype. This drug binds to the serotonin transporter with a low affinity and may act as a serotonin reuptake inhibitor. It has been shown to have a higher binding affinity for the dopamine receptor subtype than other drugs in its class. The compound has also been found to be impure and contains significant concentrations of maleate, fluorescence lifetimes, redox potential, photochemical properties, sulfoxide, and deuterium isotope.
