Description:
Convolidin is a n-oxide that is found in the Indian plant Eclipta prostrata. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and has been used as a traditional medicine for centuries. Convolidin has also been shown to be effective in treating animals with 6-hydroxyhyoscyamine (6OH). It has not been studied in humans, but it is thought that convolidin will have similar effects on humans. Convolidin is an experimental drug and its potential side effects are unknown.
