It has been reported to be a high affinity ligand for the human M3 receptor with an IC50 of 0.07 nM. 7-(2-((3S,5S,7S)-Adamantan-1-yloxy)ethyl)-7,8-dihydro-6H-[1,3]dioxolo[4',5':4,5]benzo[1,2-E][1,3]oxazine is also used as a research tool in Cell Biology and can be used as an inhibitor
