Description:

3'-Deoxyguanosine is a nucleic acid that is involved in the synthesis of polysaccharides and proteins. It has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the synthesis of collagen, which may be due to its ability to increase hydrogen bonding between the nitrogen atoms and oxygen atoms. 3'-Deoxyguanosine has also been shown to have a protective effect on wheat germ extract, which may be due to its ability to inhibit oxidation reactions. The chemical structure of 3'-deoxyguanosine can be synthesized by reacting deoxyribose with sodium nitrate in the presence of sulfuric acid. This reaction can be monitored using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
