Description:
2'-Deoxy-3',5'-O-(1,1,3,3-tetraisopropyl-1,3-disiloxanediyl)uridine is a novel and synthetic nucleoside analog with antiviral activity. It inhibits the synthesis of DNA by binding to the enzyme ribonucleotide reductase. This compound has been shown to be an activator of PPARs in vitro.
