2',3'-Dideoxyadenosine-5'-monothiophosphate is a novel, high-purity, synthetic nucleoside phosphoramidite that has antiviral, antitumor, and antiviral activities. It is an activator of DNA synthesis and inhibits the growth of cells by inhibiting the production of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), ribonucleic acid (RNA), and protein. 2',3'-Dideoxyadenosine-5'-monothiophosphate also inhibits viral replication by inhibiting the synthesis of viral DNA strands. This compound has been shown to have high purity in order to be used in pharmaceuticals and other applications.
