Description:
2'-Deoxy-2'-fluoroguanosine-5'-monophosphate is a phosphoramidite monoester with a diphosphate group that has been synthetically modified to provide antiviral and anticancer activity. It is an activator of DNA synthesis and inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells by interfering with DNA replication. The compound is also used as a precursor for the synthesis of 2'-deoxy-2'-fluoroguanosine, which has potent anti-HIV activity.
