Description:2',3'-Dideoxyguanosine-5'-triphosphate lithium salt (ddGTP) is a nucleotide analogue that inhibits the activity of DNA polymerase, RNA polymerase, and other enzymes. It has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of primary breast cancer cells in vitro. ddGTP is also a fluorescent compound with a light emission maximum at about 520 nm. The fluorescence intensity increases with increasing concentrations of ddGTP. This product is supplied as a 100mM aqueous solution containing ddGTP.
