Product Information
Pyridazine-4-carboxamide is a heterocyclic compound that is a synthetic enamine. The nature of the carbon atom in position 4 is not known, as it has not been characterized by X-ray crystallography. It has been shown to react with acetonedicarboxylate to form an unstable intermediate, which undergoes nucleophilic attack and then decomposes to form tetracyclic compounds. Pyridazine-4-carboxamide has also been shown to inhibit the activity of hydrazines and dysregulate nucleophile bifunctional enzymes.
