Description:Niguldipine hydrochloride is a novel prodrug of the calcium channel blocker, niguldipine. This drug is an ATP-binding cassette transporter substrate that inhibits bowel disease by binding to the transporter protein, thereby blocking its activity. The drug has been shown to have low potency and is not effective against infectious diseases. Niguldipine hydrochloride may act as an autophagy inducer, which may reduce the number of cancer cells in human osteosarcoma cells. It also has been shown to inhibit receptor activity in air entrainment models.
