Isoguanosine hydrate is a novel antiviral agent that inhibits viral RNA and DNA synthesis by inhibiting the activity of ribonucleotide reductase. This compound is also an anticancer drug that interferes with the production of DNA, leading to cell death. Isoguanosine hydrate is synthesized through phosphoramidite chemistry and has been shown to be a potent activator of diphosphate. It has high purity and high quality, as well as being free from impurities.
