Description:Y-320 is a recombinant protein that inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-17a and IL-6. Y-320 also has an inhibitory effect on pro-inflammatory cells, including T cells, monocytes, and macrophages. This drug has been shown to be effective in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Y-320's target tissue is cellular, and it is a type of monoclonal antibody. Y-320 binds to the molecule S6K1 at its activation site, thereby inhibiting the synthesis of proteins which are important for inflammatory processes. The mechanism by which Y-320 inhibits DNA replication is still unknown.
