Description:2'-O-Methylguanosine-5'-triphosphate sodium salt is a nucleotide that is synthesized by the phosphorylation of guanosine at the 5' position. It has been shown to have significant activation of cardiac protein synthesis and translation. This nucleotide has also been shown to stabilize RNA in vitro, which may be due to its ability to activate adenylate cyclase activity. 2'-O-Methylguanosine-5'-triphosphate sodium salt is a potent inhibitor of hepatitis B virus replication, but does not inhibit the replication of other viruses.
