Product Information
TLR2-IN-C29 is a novel compound that activates the AMPK pathway. This compound has been shown to have anti-cancer effects on HL60 cells and cervical cancer cells. The mechanism of action for TLR2-IN-C29 is not yet clear, but it may be due to its ability to activate methyl eicosanoate production, which inhibits the production of proinflammatory cytokines in macrophages and dendritic cells. TLR2-IN-C29 also has the potential to be used as a biomarker for autoimmune diseases such as liver cirrhosis and rheumatoid arthritis.
