LY2510924 also inhibits the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting the production of growth factors and mesenchymal markers. This drug has been shown to bind to cxcr4, which is a receptor for chemokines CCL2, CCL7, and CCL12. LY2510924 does not have any effect on prostate cancer cell proliferation or migration in vitro assays.
