Esculentoside A is a phenolic compound that is found in the plant, Esculenta. It has been shown to have potential as a drug target for the treatment of infectious diseases. Esculentoside A has been shown to reduce brain functions and cause liver damage when administered at high doses. This compound binds to the matrix effect and interacts with surface methodology, which may be due to its low-dose group. In addition, Esculentoside A can inhibit polymerase chain reaction (PCR) by binding to DNA and RNA synthesis pathways. Esculentoside A also has an anti-inflammatory effect on lps-induced inflammatory response.
