Description

Poly-L-glutamic acid sodium salt (PGA) is a biodegradable polymer that can be used as a tissue sealant or to deliver drugs to specific sites in the body. It is also used in wound healing and in the treatment of inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis. PGA has been shown to stimulate antibody production, which may be due to its ability to act as an adjuvant for the formation of antibodies.
