NA2 is a glycan that is a specific antigen binding molecule. It binds to the CD20 receptor on the surface of human B lymphocytes, which are involved in the development of cancer and inflammatory diseases. NA2 can be used for the treatment of these diseases, as well as cancers that express CD20 receptors. NA2 is generated from endogenous molecules that have been modified by introducing galactose into the carbohydrate backbone. These molecules also form a linker with bendamustine, which is an anticancer drug.
