Description:
N4-Acetyl-2'-deoxy-5'-O-DMT-2'-fluorocytidine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a monophosphate nucleoside analog that is synthesized in an acetylated form. It is an activator of DNA synthesis, and as such, has anticancer activity. This compound also inhibits the replication of DNA viruses and has antiviral activity against influenza virus. N4-Acetyl-2'-deoxy-5'-O-DMT-2'-fluorocytidine 3'-CE phosphoramidite has been shown to be effective in the prevention of HIV infection in vitro.
