Description:
N4-Benzoyl-5'-O-DMT-2'-O-methyl-5-methylcytidine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a novel monophosphate nucleoside. It is an activator of DNA and RNA synthesis, which can be used to synthesize deoxyribonucleosides and ribonucleosides. This compound has been shown to have anticancer and antiviral properties. N4-Benzoyl-5'-O-DMT-2'-O-methyl-5-methylcytidine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is also used as a high quality synthetic building block for the synthesis of phosphoramidites.
