Description:N4-(tert-Butylphenoxyacetyl)-5'-O-DMT-2'-O-methylcytidine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a modified nucleoside that inhibits DNA synthesis by inhibiting the activity of DNA polymerase. It has been shown to have anticancer effects in vitro and in vivo by inducing apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. This compound has also been shown to be more potent than other nucleosides, such as cytidine 5'-diphosphate (CDP) or cytidine 5'-monophosphate (CMP). This chemical is not yet commercially available but can be custom synthesized for research purposes.
