Cyclo[Arg-Ala-Asp-D-Phe-Lys(Ac-SCH2CO)] is a peptide that is derived by the sequential removal of amino acids from the C-terminal end of the RGD sequence. This peptide has been shown to interact with integrin αvβ3 and inhibit tumor cell proliferation and migration. Cyclo[Arg-Ala-Asp-D-Phe-Lys(Ac-SCH2CO)] also inhibits production of inflammatory cytokines by inhibiting NFκB signaling pathways.
