It is an antiviral and anticancer agent that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. 2'-Deoxy-5'-O-DMT-pseudouridine 3'-CE phosphoramidite inhibits viral replication by inhibiting the synthesis of viral RNA, which prevents the production of proteins necessary for viral reproduction.
