Description:

2'-Deoxy-N2-DMF-5'-O-DMT-guanosine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a nucleoside analog with antiviral and anticancer activity. It is synthesized by the coupling of 2'-deoxy-N2,5'-O-dimethoxytrityl guanosine (DMF) monophosphate to 5'-O-dimethoxytrityl cytidine monophosphate (DMT). This compound has been shown to inhibit HIV replication in vitro and in vivo. It has also been shown to have an antiangiogenic effect, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the production of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).
