Description:
Endothelin-2 (ET-2) and Endothelin-1 (ET-1) differ from each other by 2 amino acids and have affinity for ETA and ETB G-protein coupled receptors which are found in a variety of tissues, including lungs, heart, kidneys, uterus and vasculature. It is believed that ET-2 is a potent vasoconstrictor and may play a role in cancer, immunology and heart failure.
This product has disulfide bonds between Cys1-Cys and Cys3-Cys11, is of Canine source and is available as a 0.1mg vial.
