The GILGFVFTL epitope is highly conserved in Influenza A virus strains at a rate of 93% for 69 strains tested. Human Influenza epitopes may bind MHC molecules and then may be recognized by CD8+ cytotoxic T cells.Applications of FluM1 (58-66):FluM1 (58-66) is used to stimulate CTL responses in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
