Product Information
A-419259 trihydrochloride is a cancer drug that activates cancer cells and induces apoptosis in t-cell lymphoma. A-419259 trihydrochloride binds to the CD3 protein on the surface of T cells, causing them to activate. This activation leads to increased production of reactive oxygen species, which damages the DNA of the cell and causes it to die. A-419259 trihydrochloride has been shown to be effective at doses as low as 10 micrograms per kilogram.
