This drug also inhibits the growth factor signaling pathways, which leads to inhibition of cellular proliferation, differentiation, and survival. The molecular modeling study revealed that ilginatinib hydrochloride binds to the ATP-binding pocket in JAK2 V617F by forming hydrogen bonds with amino acid residues in this region.
