The accuracy of the immunoassay was confirmed by analyzing acetonitrile extracts and matrix effects on the analyzers. Ammonium formate was used as a solvent for chromatographic separation and sample preparation for analysis was laborious and time-consuming. The calibration curve was linear over a range of concentrations from 0.001 to 10 μg/mL (0.1 ng/mL).
