Description:WJ460 is a biochemical substance that is used in prognosis and diagnosis of physiological function. It has been shown to have cytotoxic activity against hCT-116 cells and to inhibit the proliferation of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy-resistant spheroids in vitro. The anti-proliferative effect of WJ460 may be due to its ability to bind to the cell membrane, thereby inhibiting the movement of ions across the membrane. This inhibits ATP production, leading to cell death. WJ460 also inhibits epithelial cancers in vivo by inhibiting tumour cell proliferation.
