Description:
Anacardic acid is a natural compound that can be found in the leaves of Ginkgo biloba. It has been shown to inhibit protein methylation and is cytotoxic to tumor cells. Anacardic acid has also been shown to induce apoptosis by inhibiting caspase-independent cell death, which is mediated by the activation of signal pathways.
