Product Information
Ophiopogonin D is a ginsenoside found in Chinese medicinal plants, such as Salvia miltiorrhiza. It has been shown to have a hypoglycemic effect in mice and rats. Ophiopogonin D can be used for the treatment of bowel disease, although the mechanism of action remains unclear. This compound is an inhibitor of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) signaling, which may play a role in its anti-inflammatory properties.
