Product Information
Tunicamycin V is an endothelial cell proliferation inhibitor that binds to the Fc region of the monoclonal antibody, which activates macrophages. Tunicamycin V has been shown to inhibit tumor cell growth in vitro and to be a potent inhibitor of protein glycosylation. Tunicamycin V also inhibits bacterial growth by binding to the thiourea moiety and blocking the formation of glycosidic bonds. Tunicamycin V is a synthetic molecule that can be hydrolyzed by acid hydrolysis. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.
