Antineoplaston A10 is covalently linked to hydrogen bonds and interacts with camp levels in urine samples. This drug has shown potent antitumor activity against a variety of carcinoma cell lines and cancer cells in animal models. Antineoplaston A10 binds to the toll-like receptor (TLR) on cancer cells and inhibits protein synthesis, leading to cell death by apoptosis or necrosis.
