Description:
Polyporusterone A is a naturally occurring phytochemical that belongs to the family of polyporus fungi. It has been shown to be an inhibitor of the enzyme phospholipase A2, which is involved in inflammation and cancer. Polyporusterone A has also been shown to have cytotoxic activity against prostate cells and may be useful for the treatment of prostate cancer.
