Product Information

Name:
4-Butoxy-N-{[4-(dimethylamino)oxan-4-yl]methyl}-3,5-dimethoxybenzamide
Description:

4-Butoxy-N-[4-(dimethylamino)oxan-4-yl]methyl]-3,5-dimethoxybenzamide (BDMOB) is a molecule that has been shown to act as a serotonin receptor agonist. It has been shown to have antidepressant effects in animal models of depression and is currently in clinical development for the treatment of depression. BDMOB also has anti-nociceptive activity, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the release of proinflammatory cytokines from macrophages and microglial cells. This drug also inhibits cancer cell growth and chronic pain.
