ML-10 is a molecule that inhibits the growth of cancer cells. It has been shown to reduce tumor size and inhibit tumor growth in various types of cancers, including breast and prostate cancer. ML-10 also reduces the uptake of fatty acids by cancer cells, which leads to apoptosis. This drug has a long safety profile and is well tolerated in clinical trials with no serious adverse effects reported. The best results are obtained when combined with temozolomide chemotherapy. ML-10 binds to cellular membranes, causing changes in cell shape, membrane permeability and metabolic activity.
